Based in Handan city in Hebei Province, Handan Shengxuehai Cashmere Co., Ltd. manufactures and exports higher-end cashmere garments under the brand " Shengxuehai " that order to fashion-conscious consumers in the European Union, America, Japan and other major markets. In addition to clothes, we also supplies semi-finished cashmere products. Using 100% natural and unpolluted raw cashmere sourced from the Qinghai-Tibet plateau.
We are a vertically integrated cashmere processing and garment manufacturing enterprise with washing, carding, spinning and knitting processes. Formerly known as the Feixiang County Shuqi Cashmere Co., Ltd., we established in 2006 with a total investment of USD23 million.Our production capacity can reach 300 tons of dehaired cashmere, 250 tons of cashmere yarns and 500,000 pieces of cashmere sweaters.
To maximize our production capabilities and achieve the finest quality, our company has equipped its 150,000 squarer meter manufacturing factory with the latest cashmere processing technologies. We have 70 sets of advanced cashmere carding machines, which are considered the most advanced equipments used by cashmere processing specialists in mainland China. Our yarn spinning machines are all imported from foreign countries also.
We deploy tremendous resources for product research and development as well as equipment upgrade. Every year we re-invest about 10% of our annual revenue in product research and development. All items are meticulously examined and appraised for their length, fineness, goat hair content, content of foreign matters, and grease content. Our tremendous investment and efforts in quality assurance have paid off handsomely. Repeat orders account for up to 80% of all orders we received.
